22A Fairbridge Crescent, AINSLIE HOME EXTENSION

CJC Constructions successfully completed an extension to a home we originally renovated six years ago. The clients sought to create additional living space for their family without compromising the charm of the original design.

To achieve this, the extension was built towards the street, preserving the integrity of the existing structure. A striking feature of the new space is a glass hallway with a skylight, providing a seamless connection to the extension. This hallway leads to a functional area that includes a toilet and office space.

Additionally, a small extension was added to the side of the house to accommodate a dedicated laundry space. The design emphasizes an abundance of natural light, with numerous windows strategically placed to invite the beauty of the surrounding garden and suburb indoors.
