Chris has over 18 years experience in the building industry and together with his wife and team, he has been running CJC Constructions for 7 years. He is a member of the most reputable association in ACT – Master Builders Association (AKA MBA) and continues to build his knowledge through attending continuing educational programs and trade shows. He has worked on fantastic and challenging projects over the years, giving him great experience to do what he does best, which is to build. Chris prides himself on being a genuine professional builder who loves to be challenged and focusses on being an excellent communicator. Chris likes things to be done right the first time and will do everything to eliminate mistakes. He has a wealth of knowledge in the local area, as he was born and raise in Canberra and has always had an attraction to the building industry, which has taken him to overseas projects where language barriers and different product knowledge has opened him up to new ideas and challenging situations. Chris is client focused and loves to learn off other people and every project. At the end of day Chris’ whole approach is build it once, build it right, build it together.

Corey Smith is CJC Constructions Australian 3rd year apprentice. Corey joined the team in 2021 and shown us he has great work ethics, impressive skills and teamwork. It is great to have someone with a great attitude and he always brings positivity to the team and his work.

Dakoa has moved from Sydney’s northern beaches to Canberra bringing experience in high end residential builds. Dakao is one of our lead carpenters and has a great sense of humour which always keeps the team’s moral high and enthusiastic. He has fantastic carpentry skills, particularly in knock-down rebuilds, and is an excellent communicator and team player.
